Terrin is a beautiful light brown young lady.  Like her sisters, Tori and Sienna, Terrin will produce  fine, dense fleeces with a wonderful hand.  Her fleece is already exhibiting very good density, crimp, fineness, and luster.  And at the rate she has grown, we know that she, too, has the potential to be a great mom, putting large, healthy, conformationaly-correct crias on the ground.  Terrin would be a great addition to any alpaca herd.  Her 2/3/05 fiber sample tested at 21.1 AFD, 5.4 SD, 25.6% CV, 7.6%>30.

Sienna's fleeces are baby fine.  She has excellent density, coverage, and crimp in her fiber, great conformation and heavy bones.  Sienna was a Blue Ribbon winner at Alpacapalooza 2001 in her halter class.  And she won Blue Ribbons for her fleece at Alpacapalooza in 2002 and 2003.  Her crias have all exhibited extreme fiber coverage, crimp, heavy bone, and at 6 mo. had a micron counts of under 19.0.  Her crias weighed 17, 20, and 17.5 lbs at birth and she delivered them with no problems.  Sienna loves being a mom and had plenty of milk for Dakota, Legado, and Amadeus.  Bred for summer cria.  Her 7/25/03 fiber sample tested at 22.1 AFD, 4.3 SD, 19.3 CV, 4.6% >30.

Tori's light brown, crimpy  fiber had a micron count of 18.5 at one year and still has a wonderful hand.   Like her sister "Sienna" and mom "Miss Shadow", Tori's first cria was an easy delivery at 21 lbs and Tori had plenty of milk for fast growth of the baby.  We enjoy Tori's light-hearted personality.  Her first cria, Castana, won a Blue Ribbon in her first halter show at Alpaca Western Extravaganza 2005.  The judge described Castana as "the most complete package in her class, with exceptional conformation and carrying the finest, crimpiest fleece."  Tori's first cria is such a knock-out that we've bred her back to Mateo Lauca.  Tori would be a tremendous asset to any herd.  Her 8/4/04 fiber sample tested at 19.8 AFD, 4.7 SC, 23.9 CD, 4.8% >30.

"Tappy" has very correct conformation and excellent coverage of fleece.  Her fiber is crimpy and has a very nice hand.   Although her fleece is dark, dark brown, she's getting a lot of grey in it, as is typical with dark rose greys.   Tap Dancer has already given us three wonderful crias, two girls and one boy.  Her first female cria was awarded 3rd place in her class at AROW 2004.  And last year's female cria was awarded 3rd place at AWE 2005.  Tap Dancer is bred to Legacy de Royale for a Fall cria.

Legado is what we've been looking for in our breeding program--a beautiful head set on a very correct body, sturdy bones, a drop-dead, gorgeous fleece, and a friendly disposition.  At 9 months of age, he won the Blue Ribbon in his class at Alpacapalooza 2004 and Reserve Color Champion.  His dam, Sienna, has won numerous Blue Ribbons for halter and fleece and gives us robust babies that grow quickly with her ample milk supply.  We are very pleased with the genetics his sire, Divinity, is passing on--dense bone, fine and crimpy fleeces, and friendly dispositions.  Legado will make a wonderful herd sire.  Born 7/23/03, his fiber, tested on 2/14/08, was 23.3 AFD, 4.8 SD, 20.8 CV, 7.1%>30.

Judge's Comments:
Wade Gease--Is the total package.  Exceptional conformation and great head.  It's nice to open a fleece on a male this age and see the finess and crimp that he has."
Maggie Krieger--"This male has the finest and brightest fleece in the class.  Very typey head.  Excellent coverage."

5th Place Halter-AWE 2005

Amadeus is one of those exceptional blacks.  Rarely do you find the fineness, density, and crimp of black fiber that he exhibits.  His very correct stature and quality of fiber are what we've been breeding for.  His sire, Mateo Lauca, and his dam, CW Sienna, are both award winners in their own rights and, more importantly, have produced extra-ordinary babies, including Amadeus.  It is our pleasure to offer him for sale to advance the quality of your herd.  His 2/3/05 fiber sample tested at 19.9 AFD, 3.8 SD, 19.1 CV, 1.6%>30.
